How we handle requests

How do I track my support request?

You receive a code in the format HT-YYMMDD-XXXX. Open the request lookup page and enter the code and your registered phone number to see the status and message the technician. If you gave an email address, you will be notified whenever TakaTech replies.

What should I do in an emergency (system down)?

Choose the "Urgent" priority when submitting your request and call our hotline +84 914 586 999 right away for the fastest response.

Can I attach screenshots?

For now, please describe the issue in detail in your request; a technician will contact you via Zalo to collect screenshots if needed.
