Project delivery process

Every TakaTech project goes through 5 steps. Knowing the process in advance helps your organization plan staff, data and time.

1. Consulting & discovery

TakaTech learns about your needs, business processes and goals. For government agencies, we work with the officers in charge to understand forms, regulations and approval flows.

Please prepare: a point of contact, the forms/processes currently in use, and a list of expected users.

2. Solution design

We draw up the technical plan and design the interface. You review and comment on the design before development starts, to avoid rework.

3. Development & deployment

Development, testing and go-live on the server. Existing data (if any) is migrated to the new system.

4. Training & operation

In-person training for staff using the system, with close support during the first weeks of operation.

5. Maintenance & upgrades

We monitor, maintain and upgrade the system over time. Every support request is logged through the Support center and tracked until it is resolved.
