Submitting and tracking support requests
How to create a technical support request, what each status means and how to talk to a technician.
Submit a request
- Go to the Support center and fill in your name, phone number and the product you use.
- Choose the right priority:
- Low: feedback, how-to questions.
- Normal: minor bugs that don’t affect your work yet.
- High: bugs affecting day-to-day work.
- Urgent: the system is down – please also call the hotline +84 914 586 999.
- Describe clearly: what you were doing, what the error message says, when it started, and whether you use a computer or a phone.
- Click Submit support request and keep the request code (like
HT-261014-AB12).
If you enter an email, the system sends a confirmation with the code and notifies you whenever TakaTech replies.
Track & discuss
Go to Track a request and enter the request code and the phone number you registered. You will see the full conversation and can send more information to the technician.
What the statuses mean
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| New | The request is in the system, waiting to be assigned |
| In progress | A technician is working on it |
| Waiting for customer | TakaTech needs more information from you |
| Resolved | Done, waiting for your confirmation |
| Closed | Completed. For further help, please create a new request |
When you reply to a request that is Waiting for customer or Resolved, it reopens automatically so the technician can continue.
Security
Only someone who knows both the request code and the phone number can view its content. Lookups are rate-limited to prevent code guessing.
