Zalo ZNS for communes, wards and businesses
What ZNS is, what it is used for, and what you need to start sending official Zalo messages.
What is ZNS?
Zalo ZNS (Zalo Notification Service) is an official Zalo message carrying your organization’s name and logo, sent straight to each person’s Zalo by phone number – recipients don’t need to be friends first. You know exactly which message was delivered to whom.
What is it used for?
For communes and wards:
- Announcing new policies and training schedules to household businesses and companies.
- Reminders for tax deadlines, vaccinations and neighborhood meetings.
- Write one message, press send – a few minutes later thousands of households have it, at just a few hundred dong per message.
For businesses:
- Order, appointment and payment confirmations.
- Thank-you notes, warranty reminders and offers for existing customers.
What do you need?
- A verified Zalo Official Account (OA) for your organization.
- Message templates: the message content is approved by Zalo before sending; each type of notification is one template.
- A recipient list: phone numbers, optionally with names and personalization fields.
- A sending system – for example TakaTech ZNS Portal with campaign, quota and report management.
TakaTech supports you from OA verification and template writing through to running campaigns. Book a demo to see the system in action.
