Integrating your sign-up form with TakaTech via the API

When a partner runs its own program (a trade fair, landing page, Zalo Mini App…) and wants customers to request a consultation or a TakaTech product demo, the data can go straight into TakaTech’s system through the Partner API.

Recommended architecture

Browser / Zalo Mini App  →  Partner’s server  →  POST https://takatech.vn/api/v1/leads
        (form)                (holds API key)        (Authorization: Bearer …)

The API key is stored only on the partner’s server (as an environment variable) and is never embedded in JavaScript running in the browser or inside the Mini App.

Steps

1. Contact TakaTech to get an API key (of the form tk_live_…).
2. On your server, create an endpoint that receives your form, validates the data, then calls POST /api/v1/leads.
3. Set the source field (e.g. zalo-mini-app, landing-hoi-cho-2026) so both sides can measure results.
4. Handle 422 (invalid data) to inform the user, and 429 to retry later.

Security

• One key per partner; TakaTech can revoke a key at any time.
• Limited to 60 requests/minute per key.
• Personal data is processed under our Privacy policy – partners must obtain users’ consent before sending.
